Becomely — Effective July 23, 2026

By downloading or using Becomely ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use (the "EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Becomely Pro (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

• Becomely Pro unlocks your full season of daily episodes, affirmations in your own voice, and an unlimited vision board. It is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription; the yearly plan may include a free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial, if one is offered).
• A subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the text, photos, and recordings you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to process the text you provide solely to generate your episodes, artwork, and audio. AI-generated episodes and artwork are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Wellness Disclaimer

Becomely offers motivational, AI-generated stories and affirmations for reflection and inspiration. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a healthcare professional or a local support line.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
